  • assortment (timber)

    Wood produce of defined dimension and/or quality according to agreements in the wood trade (according to SAFE). In the NFI limited to only assortments of defined dimensions.
  • [de] Sortiment (Holzsortiment)
    Holzprodukt bestimmter Dimension und/oder Qualität aufgrund von Vereinbarungen im Holzhandel (nach SAFE). Im LFI2 nur Dimensionssortiment.
  • [fr] assortiment (de bois)
    Produit ligneux de dimensions et/ou de qualité définies par des conventions dans le commerce des bois (selon CAFS). Dans l'IFN, assortiment défini uniquement par la dimension.
  • [it] assortimento (legnoso)
    Prodotto legnoso di determinate dimensioni o qualità classificato in base alle convenzioni del commercio del legno (da SAFE). Nell'IFN 2 gli assortimenti sono definiti unicamente in base alle dimensioni.

  • The German, French and Italien plant names were taken mainly from the book Die häufigsten Waldbäume der Schweiz or from the Flora Helvetica
  • The English plant names were taken form the internet (swiss web flora, PLANTS Database and Dictionary of Common Names by plantpress.com). The notations and abbreviations were taken from IPNI - The international Plant Names Index.
