Die gewichtete ZG-Nr. 336 berücksichtigt nicht alle im Datensatz vorhandenen Strassen-/Streckenabschnitte mit ihrer jeweils erfassten vollen Länge. Je nach Lage können Strassen-/Streckenabschnitte z.B. im freien Feld weggelassen, oder nur zu 50% ihrer Länge berücksichtigt werden. Zu den LFI-Waldstrassen zählen nur die zum Zeitpunkt der LFI-Erhebung in den aktuellen Erschliessungsdaten explizit verfügbaren Strassen-/Streckenabschnitte. Die in der LFA.WASTRA-Tabellenbeschreibung genannten Bedingungen müssen bei der Verwendung der ZG eingehalten werden.

Die gewichtete ZG-Nr. 345 berücksichtigt die vorhandenen Strassen-/Streckenabschnitte, die im Schutzwaldperimeter und gleichzeitig innerhalb des Waldes der LFI-Waldmaske liegen. Der Schutzwaldperimeter wurde vom BAFU als GIS-Datei zur Verfügung gestellt (Stand 2013). Die Strassen-/Streckenabschnitte werden nur teilweise mit ihrer jeweils erfassten vollen Länge berücksichtigt, sondern sind gewichtet. Je nach Lage können Strassen-/Streckenabschnitte z.B. im freien Feld weggelassen, oder nur zu 50% ihrer Länge berücksichtigt werden. Die verwendete flächendeckende Walddefinition orientiert sich an der Waldmaske auf der Basis des Vegetationshöhenmodells und ist nicht identisch mit den Waldkriterien und Punktentscheiden des LFI und/oder mit den Waldkriterien des Schutzwaldes. Zu den LFI4-Waldstrassen im Schutzwald zählen nur die zum Zeitpunkt der LFI4-Erhebung explizit verfügbaren Strassen-/Streckenabschnitte. Die in der LFA.WASTRA-Tabellenbeschreibung genannten Bedingungen müssen bei der Verwendung der ZG eingehalten werden.

Since a different method was used for assessing browsing traces in NFI2, the browsing intensity was overestimated in comparison with in the inventories from NFI4 on. Thus, only increases in browsing intensity can be clearly determined in comparisons with NFI2. For a reliable estimate, at least 30 individuals per estimated value (table cell) should have been assessed for browsing. Therefore, the corresponding tables with the target variable "Number of trees assessed for browsing (no extrapolation)" should also be consulted.

Measure of the density of a stocking calculated from the number of stems per hectare (in NFI trees and shrubs with a diameter at breast height [dbh] ≥12 cm) and the mean diameter. With a callipering threshold of 0 cm, the SDI is largely independent of the site quality, tree species composition and stand age.
