In NFI, stand with a permanent degree of cover between 20% and 60% due to site factors or type of use, e.g wooded pastures or stockings at the upper timberline.

Nell'IFN, soprassuolo che a causa delle condizioni stazionali oppure in conseguenza del tipo di gestione, presenta un grado di copertura compreso tra 20 e 60%, ad esempio boschi pascolati e soprassuoli al limite superiore del bosco.
